  2. a description of where the material is located on the site;
  3. your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  4. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.
  6. an electronic or physical signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;

You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. It is the policy of Fotothing.com to terminate membership privileges of any member who repeatedly infringes copyright upon prompt notification to ADVFN plc by the copyright owner or the copyright owner's legal agent.
