This is a Puffer fish (or Balloon fish) , dear Claudia!
We have lots of them (in deep sea) here.
It's a cute fish when it was not angry but when you made them angry, this is what you'll see
It is a poison fish but some people eat it (They know how to avoid its poisonous). Very sad that some very cheating fishermen here caught them and very cheating mercaht bout them to make fishballs!!! :(
Some people died and some were it ICU 'coz they dunno and ate the killing fishballs!

I'm so happy that the cop caught those bad mercants and thrown them in jail!

Poulet is right about the Puffer - it has one of the deadliest toxins in the world - but it is also a delicacy and takes knowledge in how to prepare -- a lot of tv crime shows have used it as a part of their story line
