Roubenka Residential House No. 1746 in the Pod Zvonarka Its architectural design reminds Czech and Moravian folk house timber, but with the availability of vast house. Its construction was undertaken in 1921 and 1922 according to plans by Mr. Maximilian Duchoslav. It is a two-storey building built in the garden on a slope. Ground floor from the street is covered with ceramic tiles, floor timbered gables walls with shield motifs and wooden walkways loggia. House document represents a significant phenomenon of inter-war architecture, forming a counterpoint to the prevailing current depicted functionalism. The interior space is the original wooden staircase, coffered ceiling hall and other rooms in the building. Under the object is preserved the brick gallery Oval in shape, probably serving to dehumidify the building.
