Of course I'm no pro, but I do have a 32-gb SDHC card...plenty fast, and the camera shoots at 5.3 frames per second for 20 shots at least...and so that's fast enough for me. I still have a lot to learn about the K-7, though, because it has more features than I have ever seen, including high definition movie mode which is 30 frames/second for 25 minutes of continuous movie...wow!
