Scare you? Make you smile? Frown? How did this grab you? This PSP/filter alteration began as a yellow flower (two pics back)....It reminds me of a clown or primal scream, I can't decide which. But there are balloons too, I think--I like Ron Carlin's description of a LING COD... ;-) View at ORIGINAL size.
Bill, you should give those built-in filters a try....they will amaze you. A little bit of layer, copy, erase, paste as new, rotate, revolve, rip, tear, cement, twist, and shout. Whew.
