Heavy wind and rain in southern California--palm trees and mountains around Hemet. The effects are purely digital with the exception of the slightly out-of-focus photography, taken in very low light after the sun went down day before yesterday. My eyes just ain't what they used to be regarding manual focus--but I can still compose the picture. Let's call this a salvage job.
Not a painting in the usual (canvas and brush) sense; it's actually a photo I took in very low light that had some great looking properties but was slightly blurred...so this is what I did with it using PaintShopPro and other filters.
