For better snow, I really needed to be at a higher altitude. Living somewhere officially below sea level is not the best for snowfall. Is a bit cold to sit on the roof waiting for it.

It was cold! This was taken about 5pm one evening in June. Was raining and windy and the snow was on the hills and not at my house. I was really miserable.
