This fine fellow stood near the fence by the runway of the airport at Kathmandu.
We never stopped there so I have no idea who he is.

The person captured by Sue above is Tanka Prasad Acharya, leading founder of Praja Parishad, was prime minister of Nepal from 27 January 1956-26 July 1957. He was the first person to bring in the printing machine to Nepal from Banaras, India to handbill and leaflets.

Thank you Ramess. Appreciate you telling us. We passed him everyday we were driven from Kathmandu to Bhaktapur and I wondered who he was.
