Weesue's Fotothing

Hi wee sue!! This is a cool photograph and it makes you think. I used to kill the pigs,but after putting them through some machines to get as much meat as possible I did find that pigmeat does not keep.. It does not stay fresh as long as other meats so maybe that`s one of the reasons folk also dont like it.....because the meat does not keep fresh...In some countries I think it would be hard to keep and it would go bad very quickly. I also think a lot of countries will uses spices to make the meat taste better...

I have not been eating as much meat in the last few years because I not respect the animals a lot better and don`t take them for granted. I make a lot of vegtable and lentil soup nowadays.

Owww, I think I'd become a vegeterian also.

Thanks fotothinger. It may be a lot to do with the pigs diet too.
The saying, "you are what you eat" is very profound in this situation.
We are not eating as much meat as we used to either.
