I have just recived a new Canon 50mm f/1,8 II lens...
So I went to my parents home to take some test shots... Of course ''little'' Luna was more then happy to pose for me and she was also very eager to clean my new lens with her tongue... Fortunately for me, she`s failed... ;-)))
Ok, about the lens... It is really cheap... But does not look poor to me at all... Those photos I took about an hour ago are all superbly sharp... And seems that lens produces excellent bokeh and colours...
If someone else here use that lens, please let me know if you are as satisfied as I am...
Next month I will buy another lens... Till then this little ''nifty-fifty'' will serve my needs...

Wonderful photo. Have a nice time with your new lens! I have a S5 IS (powershot). It does not support any lens my friend.

This S5 IS is a very powerful camera... and if you do it right you can squeeze amazing images with outstanding quality... IS feature is a huge bonus... Believe me, cause I was shooting two years with S3 IS before I bought EOS 400D... S5 is a bit better then S3... You can check out my earlier photos here... They are all done with mighty S3 IS...
