Tom passed peacefully in his sleep March 19, 2010. This picture is a flower from Kate, his dialysis nurse, who became a special family friend. He had requested that following his death that I post these pictures to inform all his wonderful friends on fotothing of his passing. He will be missed terribly, but he will live forever in his photos, and our hearts.
