Cirrus Uncinus clouds fill the sky over the Ten Foot Pond at Sheffield Park Gardens in East Sussex, England. The name of this type of cloud comes from the Latin meaning curly hooks; they can also be likened to Mare's tails. They normally herald the imminent arrival of rain.
