Squashes growing at Rosemoor gardens, near Torrington, Devon.
The hang at head height so you have to watch your head! I can't remember their name but they are from Mexico.
Their name varies across the world - malabar squash is one name but see :

Thor...wonderful photograph...I've seen melons and tomato being grown on arbors...I think it's a marvelous idea....certainly easy to pick....

When I first looked at the Capture, I thought it was watermelons, If it was I sure don't want to walk under them!!!!!!
