Burning of a half-size replica of Nelson's flagship HMS 'Victory' on the 200th anniversary of the battle of Trafalgar (August 2005). The Torrington Cavaliers have done many spectacular bonfire projects over the years (Houses of Parliament, the German Battleship the Bismarck, a model of Torrington Church which blew up during the Battle of Torrington in 1646) always for charity - this event raised £70,000 - well done!
