1/2: Early morning over The Hurlers Stone Circle, Bodmin Moor, Cornwall. According to legend the stones (there are no less than three stone circles in close proximity) are hurlers who were turned to stone for playing ball on the Sabbath. Picture taken on the way to the Westcountry ft meeting in Marazion.

Roger - see BoSelecta's photos for Stonehenge and Avebury pictures, Woodhenge is no more - they just found the post-holes!
I'll post more Cornish archaeology over the next few days - keep looking if you're interested.
