My entry for frommyheartfriday : Royal National Lifeboat Institute (RNLI) inflatable on the way to rescuing a windsurfer in the Camel Estuary off Padstow, Cornwall. I have posted this picture before but I wanted to pay tribute to the work of the RNLI, a fine charity, who rescue an average of 22 people a day around the coast of Britain. Quite amazing!
Why 'from my heart' - well they are a charity close to my heart - I am running the London Marathon on 26th April 2009 to raise money to support their work - at the moment I am spending a LOT of time training but I am looking forward to the day.
