Golden Lane, Prague Castle. These tiny houses, which are built into the wall of the castle, were originally built for castle guards - later they were taken over by goldsmiths (hence the name), later still (in the 20th century) a number of writers lived here including Franz Kafka and Jaroslav Seifert. Today they are very popular with castle visitors.
