A Standing stone on Badgworthy Lees on Exmoor this afternoon. There is a deserted medieval village in the valley below this stone. This valley is known as Doone Valley, the setting for parts of RD Blackmore's book "Lorna Doone". Interesting area!

Love this one :) the colors, the motive, the whole composure of the image. It's beautiful, but still rough and harsh. And as someone mentioned, somewhat midevil. I really like it :) More of these please! :D
