My entry for clockfriday : The clock on the church of San Giacometto in Venice - this is the oldest church in Venice said to date back to 421 AD!
Note the clock has 24 hours marked on its face and that the twelve is not uppermost as with modern clocks - time was measured differently in old Venice!
