My daughter, Claire is always injuring herself in some way.

She sent me this picture today from her phone - she fell up the stairs and has "soft tissue and tendon injuries" - she's in a lot of pain, probably more than if she'd broken it!

Thankfully her boyfriend, Dave, is looking after her well. Well done Dave!
