This is Sheila in full flow, teaching Music Theory.

This is a still from one of the videos we produce. One of the things I have to do before putting a new video on sale is to find a few stills to use for publicity. I thought this one was worth sharing. :-)

Even this is not the full HD version. The original frame is 1920 x 1080. The camera is amazing, especially when you think it's taking 25 of these a second and storing them to a hard drive.

I dooooooooo practice regular... honest! It's just that progress is veeeeeeeeeeeeery slow these days. I am 'running to keep still'...but it'll be a whole lot better when the weather warms up and I don't have to thaw my fingers out over the Rayburn after tinkling the ivories!
