Is it being intentionally drained or is there some natural phenomenon causing this?

I really don't know Ashdad. It was a complete surprise to me. By rights, it should have been overflowing, juding by the amount of rain and hail we had yesterday! :-)

i wonder whether they've had to drain it for any of the porcelain site building works? just a theory
