This is a very busy picture - not sure what the story is here. Also, the colors seem a little muted/drab.

I agree with EvHurdman. The shot is very busy and nothing seems to be sharp. You can adjust your colors in post editing. It almost seems as if the shot was taken through a car window or something.

First where is gas $3.49? I agree with our classmates. Is the story about hard times or the high price of fuel. You could of tied it together with the man on the bike and not called it homeless.
