great photo! well i'm try on the constructive. If it was my shot i would have played with the contrast in area because i feel it would be better without the face lighting, or leave just one colour lights theres a different colour each side. Great photo tho mate i don't mean to bring you down its better than what i could do, i'm only 15 like :)

I think it's a bit bright overall, and lacking in contrast. If you have space try and move the model further away from the background to make it more out of focus, ideally at least 6 feet (yes I know, not easy outside a proper studio :-) )
