o - it' s quite simple I guess ...
you just fill a little (dark or light) bottle with olive oil, and then you add the hot chili' s dried (in pieces or whole) and you can add one fresh chili, also in slices,
before you use the olive oil, you always shake the bottle at first, so the flavours mix well.
I use it for my noodle recepies and on my pizzas before I put them in the oven
