22. Sitting on the swing this morning (that's the next casualty - it's rotted and needs taking down along with the trees behind it which are rooting up the neighbours' drains!) Just when I would have thought it was perfect and couldn't be more so...you prove me wrong....I love all the looks...it's a lovely place that you have... I've always loved a screened in porch..but glass is the way to go....congratulations...you have added more value to your home
It'll be more private when we have the fence replaced but the builders have used the old rotten fence as their way in and out. Can't wait to get it finished and furnished now1
