Malvern Hills, Worcestershire, at sunset. This is Elgar country - if you don't know his music, I can tell you it' worth making the effort to listen to some! Particularly his cello concerto. Most people only know Land of Hope and Glory or Salut D'Amour but he wrote a wealth of beautiful music inspired by his equally beautiful surroundings.
I took this today on the way home from visiting my mother on her 80th birthday. I had been feeling a bit low but the sunset changed all that.
