15. Closer view of the archway which we could see from our window which was on the road from where we were staying to Winchelsea. The town was an important port centuries ago and had a defence wall all around it.

It was right on a corner in a very narrow lane so we had to take great care every time we drove through it. This was taken in evening sunshine. Lovely yellow stone - almost Cotswold feel.
