look for any vertical or a horziontal surface - I have a real tremor problem and anything slower than 1/250 usually looks like a blur.

this is a photo that I braced the camera against the wall - I only had a few minutes before I lost sun and had left my tripod in the car:

Thats an awesome shot Photopro! Last night I used ISO 800 and played with various shutter speeds. This was about the best middle ground I could get. ISO 1600 seems a bit too grainy for my liking. So I guess the answer is lean against something or alway take your tripod!

Sam I have the same problem.. i have no tripod and I shake too... do as I do .. take pics during the day mostly..... i hate dark places, it is due to a bad past experience .. lol

btw ...have you seen the Film Green Street ... *Stop saying Bleeding Soccer !! *
well done Bristol City ... we bought Joey Beauchamp from them many years ago ..he got home sick and never really played for us..

Don' think I have seen that film. "The Firm" was on last night! (not the Tom Cruise one the Footie Violence one). I haven't seen that in ages, the 80s were mad eh? I will look up that film on IMDB.

I am not a true BCFC fan but I have lived in Bristol for about 6 years now so call it home. I also live about 3/4 of a mile from the BCFC ground so I was chuffed when they went through.
