Roadiepig's Fotothing

To me, this colorful setting brought to mind old paintings I had seen in my childhood of French street markets. Or something like that.

So I asked him if he minded my playing around with the original using Photoshop. In case you are interested , I used the soft blur filter twice, once at the start, once at the end. I also used the following filters and adjustments - dry brush, smudge stick, color saturation and level controls. All to bring up the color and make it appear more like an actual painting.

Like he sometimes says- best viewed at full size ;)

I hope he doesn't mind what I have done....
