Tomorrow we head to the University of Chief Illiniwek (As Scott Deihl, starting guard for the New Your Giants called it last night) for the home opener. I managed to snag (really cheap) season tickets for the whole 6 games schedule.

Hopefully, they will play better than the Chicago Cubs have since we went to the game in the photo above (0-5 since)...

Good thing (in my case , anyway) the Cardinals are loosing right along with the Cubs. The Brews have only picked up 1 1/2 game over this terrible loosing streak, too- unless the Phillies and Mets get red hot, the Cubs and the Brewers will both make to post season.

Thanks for not rubbing in the Missouri/Illini results, btw ;-)
