Victoria Lawn Cemetery, situated beside the Welland Canal in east St. Catharines in Niagara Region, was established in 1856 by the town of St. Catharines.
The cemetery consists of 170 acres of grave sites and over 70,000 people are interred here.
The entire cemetery is full of different kinds of trees, many as old as, or older than the cemetery itself. Very beautiful in the summer. | |
