RTW's Fotothing

This really is super. My impression of rice field's/paddy's is of waterlogged fields with the rice plant's growing above the surface. This looks so dry. I was in Thailand 35 years ago, I recall seing rice paddies, but never anything like this, great work, thank you for sharing & letting me see a very differant view to my perception of a scene like this

Asjunne says in the beginning the fields are kept fooded but when the rice reaches a certain hight then is the time to reduce the amount of water and let the rice dry out.
