Santa's head... well the back of it at least.

We recently found Santa at Ala Moana Shopping Center. He didn't quite have himself together for Christmas yet. Of course, I don't think anyone should be thinking about Christmas until after Thanksgiving but the retailers apparently think it's never too early to start.
