Here is some Jin Dui being deep fried. Jin dui is a pastry that is often found sold on the streets during Chinese New Year. It consists of a rice flour dough ball, filled with lotus paste, coconut, or sweet "black sugar" bean paste, rolled in sesame seeds, and then deep fried to a golden color.
