April 13 is a "Songkran Day" (Thai New Year's Day) 21 of ??
- This is what I saw on the way to/from my home and grandmother's and aunt's home's.

Many people from provinces didn't go back to their home for some reason. It might be because they can't leave their work or they don't wanna go back when more than 100,000 people rushing back to their homes, etc.
And, some might be living in Bangkok but they have their roots in provinces, so they splashinggggggggggggggg water like this.

This is not a real Thai custom but many people enjoyed it.
