Thanks ranbows. Normally I cooked Thai food but got those Chinese Noodles as a gift. I just try to 'play' with it and, the reason came out as seen here. :))
I boiled Noodles and drained. Stir-fried, added Oyster Sauce and a drop of Sesame Oil. Added Fish Sauce to taste and garnished with Roasted Sesame seeds. :)))
Poulet! I cocked this (or something very simular) today!
I had it with diced fried chicken and a mix of vegetables.
And a fake Singha! The roasted sesame seeds added that lovely extra touch!
