- The blue roof boat is an eatery. They served a special kind of noodles called " Guay-teaw Rua " or Noodles cooked on a long boat. An original must be a long boat, not a big barge (or a raft) like this.

It's a noodles with pork or meat with pork or meat balls, Chinese morning glory and bean sprout, served dried or soup, Howard. They'll served fresh bean sprouts, basil leaves as side dish. :))
