My SWEETSATURDAY entry...

* A Thai summer dessert called "Waan Yen หวานเย็น or Nam-khang Sai น้ำแข็งไส".
It's crused ice topped with syrup and added indredients of your choice. (Gelatine, sweet corns, taro, sago, bread, or fruits boiled in syrup)
Here I added Gelatines and Chinese Vegetable jelly (black).

Here in Thailand we have a long wekend! YiPpiEEEeeeeeee!!!! ;D

P.S.......HELP!!! I dunno how to call it in English!!! :S

It is very similar to our shave ice cones. But they don't get that fancy. They will put vanilla icecream in the bottom or sweet bean. Never tried it that way.

Here they didn't put IC in the bttom but many ppl love to put bread and Sweetened Condensed Milk in it.
Btw, I don't like it that way, it's TOO sweet for me.
