I spotted these in Europe but didn't have a camera.
Bear in mind that in Italy when the petrol station has a sign saying 'bar' they actually mean a bar, complete with beer taps and a rack of spirits. Oddly enough it seems that Europe doesn't have the same problems with binge drinking that we have.

You can drink after you drive, but you can't drive after you drink.
