A real horse?

Heck NO it's a spectacularly realistic model horse, my first ever commissioned out model horse!!

This is my INCREDIBLE artist resin model horse Musetta who is sculpted by a lady named Deborah McDermott. When I received Musetta she was a blank, unpainted resin model. I had to choose her "clothes."

I knew EXACTLY who I wanted to have her portrayed as but I felt I needed to contact the real horse's owner for permission first. Her owner was not only excited to hear of the project but she also provided me with over 30 reference photos for me to forward on to the painter & also allowed me to name the finished model the same name which is perfect!! My naked Musetta was then sent to a seriously talented model horse artist named Bec Klitscher here in Australia.

"ABIEBI" arrived home 3 days before Christmas & was without a doubt the best Christmas present ever.
