I was a little suprised when we got to the church b4 almost anyone. The church was a charming small rural church (the largest one witin 50 miles.:-)) with a very comfortable ambiance.

This "side" entrance is very typical of German type church architecture found throughout the midwest USA. Neat, utilitarian yet decorative and a good example of compound architecture found in these beautiful churches.
