Again..
Saturday - I even had a problem getting too hot when we went to the hospital for a couple of tests.

Again...
I got over-heated.
This time we were already in the Emergency Room at the hospital - they wouldn't let me leave until they ran some tests - and I showed marked improvement. 5 hours!!

It wasn't fun at all!

A wonderful sky! But with such a heat one should stay at home with a good airconditioning!
1958/1959 I lived in Charlotte, NC. together with my husband and our four children. The heat there was damp and as far as I remember not so high as yours in Stlouis. Yet there were people that couldn't stand it.
They told us to drink much. The favourite there was ice-tea
