I used the same image of VB and Dad for 2 different photos - totally different results and effects

This is gorgeous Bill, an excellent entry for the theme !

My suggestion would be to crop a little off the bottom, which would stop Virginia look like she is floating.
Then you could try feathering the edges....especially around Dad, it would soften the join and merge the two images more realistically.

That doesn't mean that I'm finding fault Bill, I think you did a great job with this !

great suggestionss - I spent so much time cropping out that I didn't really spend any time on the adding together. Also - this was my 1st time to use layers and I had already spent more time than I had intended. Still - I will use your suggestions the next time.
