Dedicated to the Prince of Peace and the ideal of reconciliation this church was built in 1977 by the people of Fossa, County Kerry, under the leadership of their priest Father James Galvin. It was designed and constructed by men and women of this islands Four Provinces, Ulster, Munster, Leinster and Connacht.

This Church is situated in the tranquil setting of Fossa parish, the church boasts a large window to the back of the alter witch captures beautiful views of Killarney's Lakes and Mountains.

Absolutely stunning. What a wonderful place to have situated the altar - a majestic view that in itself gives such solace, reverence and dedication to the Prince of Peace
I love the natural lighting as well as the lighting on the front of the altar.
This is so fascinating...would love to be able to visit this church.
