Petermosull's Fotothing

The Eagle's Nest Rock, near Killarney, Co Kerry. This picture more than any other I have taken sums up the importance of light in photography. I have driven by this place hundreds of times, as have countless thousands of tourists doing the ring of Kerry. No one in the last thousand years has ever seen it looking like this, nor will anyone in the next thousand. But at 6:20 that morning, this is what my camera recorded. Every picture we take is of a moment in time that is unique to that time & can never be replicated.
