Pentz's Fotothing

As I was about to photograph this Egret feeding in the weeds, it took off. I had the shutter set for 1/1250 sec. so I was able to freeze it in flight. The sunn was very stong and bleached the white of the body. If it had remained in the weeds, the exposure would probably been acceptable.
