1. This building houses a chainmaker's workshop, which still looks much as it did 100 years ago. Nowadays it's managed by the Black Country Living Museum near Dudley, and chainmaking actually takes place in here.

It helps people, and especially children, to understand what life was really like for the women that Mary MacArthur helped (see earlier pics and the others in this series)
