Thank you--- ali1pat ----------- I took this last year at Winchester hat festival,
I think they are called the living dead -- they are actors ,street entertainers
They were showing people consequences of smoking -- they were funny and quite scary at times -
The Winchester hat festival is held every year and it is free,
There is all kinds of entertainment IN the streets and in the Parks from bands --mime artist --kids entertainers everything you think of -- I think it is on the first week of July,,

I'd love to visit I've never been to that part of the country - will add it to my growing - to do list :)

If you decide to visit perhaps we could all meet up- and I will buy you beer-
