Estructura de los Caracoles Emplumados/Structure of Feathered Sea Shells
It was probably a religious place, cause it is located under the Palace of Butterflies many paintings have suvived. The basement is decorated with these parrots feeding flowers with water coming out of their beaks.

I live middle of Finland so you have to go about 500 kilometres to the north. Lapponia in huge area, almost whole north part.
